Harriet Hageman Dodges Public Debate, Showing Disregard for
Wyoming Voters
Cheyenne – The Wyoming Democratic Party has released the following statement in response to Harriet Hageman’s failure to appear at the U.S. House Candidate Debate hosted by Wyoming PBS:
Harriet Hageman’s refusal to participate in any public debate sends a clear message to Wyoming voters: they don’t matter to her. While El Cameron stands ready to discuss critical issues affecting the state, Hageman remains silent, robbing her constituents of the opportunity to hear her defend her policies and respond to the pressing concerns of Wyoming residents.
Once again, Harriet Hageman is showing a blatant disregard for transparency and accountability. Wyomingites deserve leaders who show up, but Hageman’s absence shows she’s uninterested in representing anyone but the extremists in her party.
